This second visable mending workshop will focus on building sturdy, reliable repairs that stand up to everyday wear. We’ll cover techniques designed specifically for denim, emphasizing reinforcement, but making sure to have fun with color and unique stitching techniques like Shashiko.
Everyone is encouraged to bring a pair of jeans to work on and will leave with mended garments and the skills to confidently repair future wear at home.
7-9:30pm. Address will be sent out the week of the workshop.
