Slow down and spend an evening learning how to blend your own teas. I’ll share information on local medicinal plants (many from my own backyard!), then we’ll sniff and taste and touch and figure out what kind of custom mixes we want to make. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of at least ten different herbs, several personalized tea blends, and the tools to recreate a simple tea-drinking moment of self-care at home.
