Spend a slow Saturday afternoon working with fiber. This three-hour retreat is an open, hands-on exploration of basket making, small-scale tapestry weaving, and an introduction to wool fiber spinning on a drop spindle or on a spinning wheel. Rotate through techniques, try your hand at each process, and settle into whatever draws you in most.
There’s no rush to “master” anything. The focus is on learning through sampling, working with natural materials, and enjoying the quiet rhythm of repetitive handwork. You’ll explore new crafts, chat with lovely people, sip tea, and find your calm.
All materials are provided, and the pace is intentionally unhurried. Come curious, comfortable, and ready to spend an afternoon making things with your hands.
